Employee Benefit Plans

Generally, all employee benefit plans with 100 or more participants are required to have an audit. If your employee benefit plan is required to have an audit, it is the plan administrator’s duty to hire an independent public accountant, and to ensure that the plan has obtained an audit in accordance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and the DOL requirements.

We have experience auditing numerous types of benefit plans such as 401(k) or 403(b) plans, profit sharing plans and health and welfare plans.

We are a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, a firm-based voluntary membership center for firms that audit employee benefit plans. Our auditors are dedicated to meeting the challenges of performing quality audits in this unique and complex area.
